On this site we have tried to gather together as much useful information as we can on where you can find a local club and once you're in a club where you can find some local or not so local opposition and festivals.

Local clubs may have their own demographic preferences, but generally the game is open to all over 18; boys, girls, men, women and broken old crocks of either gender.

In the South of England we have spent some time talking together and trying to form a common set of Guidelines to give some consistency as to how we all play.

In your area you may well have slight differences from us and that's fine - if we can have a conversation and build a consensus about what we're all trying to do then so much the better.
