Lowestoft & Yarmouth RUFC, one of the oldest club in the Eastern Counties and one of the first, if not the first to embrace ‘Walking Rugby’ are to hold their second ‘Gunton Park’ Walking Rugby Tournament on September 06, 2025.

This is open to all clubs and will consist of teams of 10 to include at least one female and is for ages 16 upwards.

There will be 7 on-field players with 3 rolling subs and at least one female on the pitch at all times. This tournament is for all levels and standards. Games will be of 12 minute halves with 5 minute half time. Game spacing etc., will be decided once known how many teams are attending. The club has three pitches so the ability to have 6 games playing at once.

Clubs can enter more than one team if they wish and it would be good if each club could supply a referee.

Cost to enter will be £50 per 10 person team.
